Job Description:
Capture, document, and annotate workflows inside Salesforce CRM. Focus on lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting processes to provide high-fidelity SaaS usage data.
Required Qualifications:
Experience using Salesforce for sales or operations.
Ability to follow task scripts with precision.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Prior role in sales/revenue ops or CRM management.
