Contrario was founded by two engineers who dropped out of Stanford to rethink how startups hire. Before building Contrario, one of us worked at BCG; the other built systems at NASA and the Department of Defense. Today, we’re a lean, global team of engineers from top institutions like IIT and experience scaling startups from Seed to Series B. We’re builders at heart—focused on giving recruiters AI tools that actually work and helping top talent land roles they otherwise wouldn’t have access to.
